hello everyone.
im introducing myself now but i actually registered last night at around 10pm.
lets see,ive been watching what i eat/ate since i was 11yrs old.
been totally body and food obsessed since then
been battling depression since 11/12 and unfortunately now my weight is a result of sadness,fear,anger and anxiety and im ready(WITH THE HELP OF GOD and SUPPORT from u guys)to get rid of it 4 good!
last night at around 10:30pm something rose up in me and i actually felt like working out(MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH)so i did.
i did 12 mins of tae-bo and 4 mins of weights,(small steps)
but i felt GREAT AND ACCOMPLISHED and thats huge 4 someone battling DEEP DEPRESSION.
anywho,hello again 2 everyone and i hope we can all accomplish our goals
