Hi, my name is Tracy. This is my first time ever posting on a forum so I hope I'm doing this right. I have been dieting since the birth of my daughter 19 years ago. I'm tired of the yo yoing. I have tried everything from low fat to low carb. The forbidden foods would then become so attractive to me! So now I'm going to try calorie counting. I'm hoping to lose 30 pounds by summer, any advice would be great!
