Hello all,
I am trying to lose weight but find my self blowing it for a wendys chicken sandwich or anything that takes the feeling of me being hungry away. I am determined to lose this weight but I crave so many things and to fight them is so hard cause once I eat them feel bad for doing so but my hunger is gone. I am married with 3 kids and I want to lose and be more active and not so tired. Hope I meet some new friends here.
