It has been a very stressful start to 2011, but it is time to feel better. Things are going to continue to be stressful, but that is no excuse. So, beginning bright and early tomorrow morning, it is time to start anew!

I always find when under stress, I go one of two ways. Stress eating or find the strength inside and the motivation to eat healthier in order to stay healthy. I think choice two is the better option, so here goes.

Hey there!

Have you found the 100 lb club yet? It's a great, active forum full of folks on their way to losing 100 lbs or more. We have that, and groups by eating plan, age range...so look around and jump in!

I find that exercise is the #1 antidote I have for stress. Sometimes, when things are otherwise out of control, it's excellent to be able to control your food, your movement...not to mention, exercise has biological effects on your body to reduce stress hormones and produce calm! Seriously, do a kickboxing video, dance around like a crazy person, etc. It all helps.

I am so glad you found 3FC and can't wait to get to know you better!
