Have you found the 100 lb club yet? It's a great, active forum full of folks on their way to losing 100 lbs or more. We have that, and groups by eating plan, age range...so look around and jump in!
I find that exercise is the #1 antidote I have for stress. Sometimes, when things are otherwise out of control, it's excellent to be able to control your food, your movement...not to mention, exercise has biological effects on your body to reduce stress hormones and produce calm! Seriously, do a kickboxing video, dance around like a crazy person, etc. It all helps.
