Smile 2011 is going to be my year!!
Hi everyone!!

So I have decided that 2011 is going to be my year! I have been overweight my whole life and people know me as the big girl I have made it my goal to become healthier and happy.

I currently just graduated with my BS and very proud. For most people college is suppose to be the time of their life, not so much for me. I have been really unsecure about my apperence and weight. But I am ready to change and leave that old person behind! I know I have the power to lose weight because I have done it in the past!

My heaviest was 283.
2 years ago i lost 35 pounds and went down to 248.
Currently I am 265, so i have been on this rollcoaster for a few years!
My goal is to be around 160, since i am 5'11.

I hope things go right for me this time. I looking for all the encouragement that I can get and I hope this site can provide me with it!

Hi Shann007!

College can be pretty rough. Have you looked at the 100+ and 20-somethings boards? There are often some good, helpful threads on those.
