Hey everyone! I was searching on google about some diet tips, and came across this lovely site.
I'm 5'2 (well 5'2 and a half but I figure I'll just have to stick with 5'2 haha) and am 130 lbs. Back in September I was about 142, and just about a month or so ago I started monitoring my diet to get down to 130 (the highest weight I've been is probably around 147). I hope to get to my ideal weight, 120. Although I know I'm not vastly overweight, I'm on a mission to become healthier and reach my new weight goal. I'm glad I came across a forum that offers such great support!
