Default Hi Im new and doing low carb
Hi,
I have looked at this site for a few years and its time to join and make changes in my life.

Today is week 2 of my crack the fat loss code diet. Im hoping to meet others doing the same diet and to encourage each other and compare notes.

good luck! i have been carb counting since tuesday and have lost 4lbs so far-doesnt seem like much but that is basically a pound a day

What is interesting about week 2 for crack the fat loss is that you can have some starches and they really do not interest me much

Thanks for the link to Low carb other. I will check it out!

hey bite to break skin, 4 lbs in 4 days is GREAT!

It sounds like you are doing something very similiar to South Beach. I do Atkins. Check out both forums as there are some really great low carbs recipes on both

I am new as well! I have been on Phase 1 for 1 week tomorrow. I am very excited to see how much I have lost. THis is my first time sticking to low carb and I feel great! GOod Luck!
