I'm looking for a weight loss partner / friend that can help motivate me and hold me accountable. I am 225 lbs right now (5'8") and my goal weight is 145ish. I'm not in a hurry but am motivated to be healthy. I've been able to lose weight in the past but I can never keep the weight off. I always go back to my old ways. Can anyone help me along the way? I'm looking for someone to discuss our daily successes and challenges, motivate eachother and exchange advice about working out, eating healthy and easy quick recipes.
