Cool Hello!
My name is Shanae and I live in Southeastern Colorado. I am a single mother of two boys, Austin 4 and Dylan 2. I have been obese since I had my sons and have finally decided enough is enough. My starting weight is 217lbs. I would like to get down to 135lbs by next January. I have started tracking my calories, lowering them enough to start losing weight. I have also started doing a little exercise too. I just want to feel and look better for me and my kids.

I've only just arrived too....

I have three daughters, 9, almost 5 and almost 3.

Good luck ..... I like your sons' name .... they were both on my shortlist if we were to have any of the male variety!

Yep ... I feel as though my weight is enough too ....

Hello, and to both of you!

You might want to check out the Calorie Counters forum, or any of our forums by age range (20-somethings, 30-somethings, etc). We also have a lot of miscellaneous challenges and groups, so look around!
