Hey.
So I am a 25 yr old currently soon to be unemployed fat chick.
I figured that if I am losing my nanny job I might as well work on losing some weight.
I am at the heaviest I have ever been, and am fed up with it!
I know I need to loose the weight, I just have to stay motivated.
I am starting the new weight watchers points plus program in about 1 week.
Does anyone have any sugggestions to help me with this plan?
With it being winter, I fear I will also have trouble getting enough exercize, any ideas?
Any suggestions or words of encouragement would be appreciated
