New from Texas
Hi y'all!
I joined here in June and read many inspiring threads but this is my first post.
I am a teacher and when school starts in the fall I fall off my exercise program. I dared to step on the scale this New Year's Day and I have gained back most of the 15 pounds I lost last summer.
I like the Mediterranean diet because I love bread and fruits and veggies. The real challenge is finding the time and inclination to exercise. I am looking forward to a healthy New Year and new friends here.
