Hi everyone, I am starting a diet for the new year, and have been told that if you have help and buddies your success rate is higher...So I find myself here hoping to get lots of input and encouragement from ya'll...

Hi I'm new too and am looking for some buddies to help me stay motivated.
I'm in New Mexico and live out in a little village near the mountains about an hour from Albuquerque so it's not easy to find support out here. I'm hoping I landed here in the right place. Haven't figured out how to tolally use this web site so any help is appreciated. (Also trying to adjust to my new laptop)
