Default Hi!

Hey!! I'm new to this site. I've been trying to lose weight for a little over a year now. May of 2009 I weighted 221 lbs. My first goal weight is 199 lbs. I just want to be under 200 again so badly! I goal-goal weight is 150 lbs....even though since I'm 5 ft even I should probably weigh more like 125, but I'll tackle that when it gets here! I'm 22 years old and I wanted to get to 150 before my metabolism completely goes away or at least drops low enough so its even harder.

Right now I'm doing Chalean Extreme and watching what I'm eating. I haven't really noticed too much change because I just finished my first week...but I haven't gained any so that's always a plus!!

Right now I'm 207, so only 8 pounds until 199!! Wish me luck!!!!

Oh yeah...any tips on losing weight or dieting or healthy (but very tasty-minus the onions) recipes let me know!!! I need all the help and support I can get. I feel so helpless sometimes!!

Thanks!! I'm determined!! No if I can get through the next 2 days (a bunch of family stuff for the holidays) without completely screwing up I'll be good
