So, I am on week 2 of this diet I made for myself. I am down 3 so far.
I do need to exercise, but baby steps. The good thing is that my husband is doing it with me this time....and it keeps me focused and we are honest about our little cheats and can support each other to correct and maintain. I am occasionally taking Alli (Loristat).
Here are my new rules for myself:
* Absolutely NO fast food.
* Absolutely NO cheese or heavy dairy.
* Absolutely NO sodapop or sugary beverages.
* Snacking on LC/LF foods, ie: Ricecakes, whole grain cereals, granola & trail mix.
* Adding more raw veggies and fruits to diet.
* No red meat.
* Replace mayo w/FATFREE mayo or Mustard
* Whole Grains and Whole Organic Foods
* TAKE MULTIVITAMINS!
* Eat more frequent smaller meals and drink lemon water before each meal
SO! Here we go!
