Hi, my name is Grace. I've been overweight since I was in 5th or 6th grade. When I was a junior in highschool I developed Anorectic Bulimia. I lost 65 lbs in three months. I've slowly gained it all back over the last 4 years and I'm trying to lose it without relapsing. I would love any former Ana/Mia's as buddies, but also any and all support is welcome.

Hi sweety

Welcome to the board!

I was anorexic from the ages of 13 - 20. Been recovering for the last 3 years so know what youre going through. At my lowest i was 98lbs.

I had the same issues with worrying about relapsing and even now i sometimes catch myself doing something i used to and have to stop myself.

Its hard but can be done.

What diet are you following? xxxx
