Hi all!
I am 39 with three grown children and three grandchildren. I have developed some significant health issues in the last year and I think my left knee is getting to the point that some ortho docs would want to replace it. I have a rod in my right leg with 13 screws and lots of scar tissue that limits my flexibility and endurance on that leg.
I so badly need encouragement to get losing again. I was widowed two years ago and went from 313 to around 265 pretty quick...just a few months. I am still within five pounds of that at any given time. (I am 5' 9.5")
I recently got remarried to my childhood best friend and he recently had a lap-band done on June 1. He is down from 320 to 260...and this has been both a blessing (I am so happy for him) and a challenge (I see him changing so rapidly and I am stuck and not moving...and I feel bad/guilty).
I want to get that scale moving on down again.
Would LOVE some encouragement.
Thank yoU!
