Another Newbie!
Hello everyone. I am a 35 year old married woman with two beautiful children, a DD and DS.
I started trying to lose weight at the end of September. My starting weight was 228 and I am currently 213. So far 15 lbs gone! I am pleased but the past couple of weeks the weight loss has stalled a little. I track my food, weight and exercise on FitDay.
I have been reading over the boards for a few weeks now and this looks like a great site for information and support. I am not sure where to head to now. I am thinking I will start with the Calorie Counters since that is what I have been watching so far! Any other suggestions would be great.
