new and excited
Hello, my name is parker lee and I am very excited about joining this site, it's amazing. So my fitness goal is to be a size 9 and right now I am an 18, so I am not quite sure how much weight I need to lose, but I am 253lbs. And. I am 5'10. My fitness plan is 1hour wii fit plus a day and burning off the calories that I take in. I've been doing this for a week and according to my wii lost 9.5lbs but I am a bit worried that it could be wrong because I don't feel any diffrent but my boyfriend insists I have. My wii balance board seems accurate for everyone else, so I was wondering for those of you who have lost 10lbs if you feel the changes instantly such as fitting into a smaller size?
Aside from that, I am very happy to have stumbled onto this site and hope to receive and give positive encouragement to other members. Any support or suggestions will be appreciated.
