Hello everyone!
as a new member its only fitting i introduce myself, so here is a little bit about me.
I originally began my weight loss in september of 2009, and as of september of 2010 i was at 143 pounds! 45 pounds lost!
sadly, this loss was short lived. i have gained ten pounds since that glorious day, but this is merely a roadblock.
anyway, i digress. I joined this site in order to kick myself into gear as far as weight loss! fingers crossed! i would like to get to a fifty pound loss.
thank you to everyone on the site, its very nice to not feel so alone!

congrats on only gaining ten back - it may not seem like gaining any weight at all is a plus, but it's going to be easier to get off than the whole forty-five all over again! welcome <3

thanks so much for saying that, it has seemed like the end of the world that ive gained anything, but hey, as you said, its only ten
