Hi, everyone! My name is Alyssa and I just found you guys today. I started losing weight this year, starting out at 185, and am now down to 145 (give or take, depending the the day or the hour!).
I'm really excited to meet you all, be a support to you, and hopefully be encouraged as I reach my goal of being healthy and fit.
