Default Hello! Seeking motivation
Hello all,

I'm reaching the bottom of my motivational rope and know I need to do something. I'm not at the biggest I've ever been, but certainly feeling the worst. I need to lose weight, not just because I want to look good,but because as I sit here in my 30's I know I need to get healthy now or pay for it the rest of my life.

I've lost the weight before and felt great! Now I need to do it again and those motivations just aren't there right now. I need to do something.

It's so nice to meet you all. Everyone seems so helpful. I can't wait to get my motivation back and be the healthy, happy person I know I can be.

Maybe write a list of what your motivations are- then anytime you feel yourself getting off track you can pull that list out?
