Default 1st time on a site like this!
Hello,

Well, I am joining weight watchers today for the 5th time in a decade. Wish me luck! The first time was very successful, I lost 35 pounds and kept off until 2 years ago. I really don't know what happened, but I gained 40 pounds in the last 2 years!! THis happened to me when I was 25, I gained 40 pounds in 2 years then, too. Now I am 40. I think it may have something to do with what I am eating, and not just how much. After tons of research on my apple shaped body and the history of blood sugar problems in my family and heart problems, I think I am going to combine ww with low carb. I hope this works, I have to find the key. I just want to step out of this 50 pound fat suit!

welcome!! i'm new here too, but have found a lot of inspiration and motivation to keep going! there are also daily accountability threads you can join, its a good way to keep yourself in check, and learn about how everyone else does the same!

Welcome. My sister and bf swear by WW! I know it works for a lot of people... although it doesn't work for me. Hope you enjoy finding on line support and encouragement. There is always someone who understands where you are coming from!
