Thumbs up newb and def needing help

Hi
I'm 23 and I lost 20 lbs on my own however I've been stuck for quite some time. I bought south beach supercharged and the new atkins for the new you. I read both unfortunately I'm not quite sure how the south beach program works? it doesn't have a lot of directions. I read atkins and it doesn't seem as bad as people say it is for you. anyway, I'm really stuck on what to choose. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice or success. (i'm mostly worried about having health issues later because of the diets).

Hi and welcome to 3FC.

I am a calorie counter. It is simple and FREE. You can check out more on calorie counting and other eating plans at our Diet Central here - http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/#diet-central

Also in the Diet Central is a South Beach Diet section here - http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/south-beach-diet-110/ and Atkins section here - http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/atkins-226/

Good luck with your goals.

Hugs

Hi im new here too I've also lost a little over 20 lbs and I did it by good old calorie counting and exercising its not the easiest way and I know you probably don't want to hear it but unless your going to eat the same way that you're eating on your diet the rest ifc your life you will gain the weight back the best thing its to learn the proper way to way to eating that way you can continue to east the same way forever. I didn't want to great people tell me that then I started researching. Good luck!!
