....the start of a whole new me. I found this site doing a search on LA Weight Loss booklets. About 4 years ago I watched a co-worker shrink before my eyes using that program. After she was about half way through her loss I found a site that had files of all the LA Color Plans; I knew I could not afford to sign up officially so I tried to do it on my own. I did find MUCH of the Plan online and I did it for a while....and you all know the rest because you all have been there too.
Well I can't find the information again, but what I did find was THIS place: which I foresee as being a whole lot better in the long run. I think that I will be going for the "exchange system" plan. I have spent a ton of time on this site today, reading posts, following links and just pouring over information.
I have tried just about everything out there, and as long as I stick to it, it works. The problem is that once I start doing well, I get a little smart alecky and start slipping....you know the rest.
I am a 45 year old, happily married (2010 was 23 years), Mom of 2 with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I work, my DH is the stay at home parent, always has been. He has Crohn's, so ya, our house can be real fun sometimes!
I hope to stay active here and get the support/accountability I need to stay on track. I think that has been a huge hole in my past attempts.
So that's me in a nutshell, hopefully I will be able to contribute as well as glean information here. I can't wait to start my first FULL day of exchanging tomorrow!
