Hey guys,
Another fat chick here trying to get right.
I've been
dieting (I say that very loosely) and incorporating exercise into my life for a few weeks now. I haven't seen a great amount of progress as far as weight loss, but my double chin in the making is disappearing, and my clothes are alot more loose on me. Gives me a great deal of confidence.
I think my biggest problem is that when I mess up, I
really mess up. Like if I want a sweet, I won't have one oatmeal creme pie, but like 4 back to back.
It's hard to tell my brain to stop, but I swear it's like when a shark smells blood... I've pinpointed the problem, so the next step is fixing it. Hopefully you guys can help me with that.
But yeah, in a nutshell I'm fat, and I don't wanna be.
