Hello everyone! I'm Jadeyn, you can call me Jade or Jadey, whichever =)

I guess we're all here because we want to get in better shape and I'm no exception. I keep thinking I (should) have a long life ahead of me, and I'd like to be happier with myself, and right now =o it's just not cutting it. So, it's time to change. I just need to find the conviction to do that... >.<

Well I'm here to hopefully find support, and to support others, because we just shouldn't have to be unhappy anymore. It's frustrating when you look in the mirror and don't see what you like, as cliche as that is. So this time I've decided to take my diet and exercise plans a step further and find somewhere I can vent, help, and receive help about weight loss and self-esteem in general.

I'm always open to new friends so hello everyone (again) and feel free to tell me a little about yourselves if you'd like. And maybe I can integrate myself into the community @_@
