Talking Hi y'all :D
Hey guys,
My name's Ciera, I'm 5'4 and currently 249 pounds. Yeah, not good times. I found this forum earlier and it pulled me out of my apathy. I want to feel good about my body again! Thanks so much for inspiring me to do something about this. I just want to lose weight until I'm healthy and happy and I'm counting every pound as a win.
It's nice to find somewhere where to can talk honestly about things like this
instead of the 'you are fine as you are' spiel I get from my friends. I'm not fine, I wheeze going up stairs! I swear I sound like a dying dog sometimes. :s
Anyhow, thanks a bunch for getting me kick started and my new diet starts now. See y'all around!

Welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
