Hi,

I randomly found this site and thought I would have a look.

I want/need to lose weight. I'm not exactly sure how much I need to lose but I definitely want to lose at least 4 stones. Right now I really want to do it for me, but at the same time dont want to tell family I'm trying to lose weight. I'm sick of people watching what I eat or do and commenting on it.

I would love to maybe use this to get help etc and share experiences basically support each other, because if you're reading this your probably already started on the "weight loss journey" (sorry, I know it sounds cheesy!") or like me your just starting.
