Ooopsie! I accidentally introduced myself in the August thread of my diet plan :X..lol!
newbie mistake...!

Hello to everyone! I am completely, absolutely, undeniably motivated to lose! I have a LONG way to go...I haven't weighed less than 200# since I was 19 and on top of that I had to have my thyroid removed. So I know this is going to be hard but I *know* I can do it....

BTW, I'm a photographer...I only started a few years ago, but it's something that I love tremendously. Hopefully by losing weight I'll be able to get to shoot in a few more places when I'm a bit more fit! That's my *goal* ; ))) !

Welcome. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.

I've made it through today and yesterday. I've always though the first two days would be the hardest...and they certainly haven't been the easiest!
