Hi all! Just found this site today and thought that I would give it a try. I've been looking around (well, as much as my kids will let me) and trying to get a feel for the site. If anyone wants to say hi, give some pointers about this site, give me suggestions for good forums to join, etc, it would be much appreciated!

Thanks everyone! There's so much to look at, and some of these threads are so huge, it's a little overwhelming. It seems like a nice place though, so I will feel it out for a little bit and then jump right in!

Hello to you all. Today I also just found this site. I just read Jorge's book the 3 hour diet so any followers.... Any menu ideas would be helpful.
