Hello out there!!!
I'm new to 3FC , but me and dieting are old "frenemies". I've tried and failed, tried something new and failed, tried something drastic and failed over and over and over again since 5th grade--when I first started feeling uncomfortable in my body. I'm young and I only have a modest 50 pound long term weight loss goal , however I lack the 2 most important keys to weight loss. The first of which being--self control. Put a box of cookies in front of me and I'm completely helpless, I will eat the WHOLE box and then pick out any stray chocolate chips. There are three fat chicks in my family- my mom, my sister, and me. As much as I love them both, them suggesting a cracker barrel visit constantly doesn't make for a very good support unit. That's where I hope 3FC can step in...
