Default Hi ... I'm glad there's a place with hope

Hi everyone...

I am new to 3FC, but certainly not new to being fat. I've been obese for the last 10 years and I honestly don't know how to even begin to lose 150 lbs. I have read some of the sucess stories on here and I am encouraged that it is possible but I have a lot of work ahead of me. I want my life back.

I looking forward to sharing in everyone's journey.

We are glad you are here, my advise is to start logging everything you eat, more fruits and veggies, cut out all junk food, fast food and ALL soda (including diet). That is how I started, please keep us posted
