Hello everyone. Yes I am here once again. My name is Beth and I am 26yrs old. Before High School, I was a chubby child. Over-filling my plate and sneeking snacks anyway I could. When I got to High School I discovered Diet Pills with Ephedra. I didn't know anything about it at the time, but I notice i was droping weight down from 220-215-210, this was one a 3 weekly basis until I started to work out, then I droped more weight even at a faster rate. I finally reached 165 and droping....then the bad news came. Ephedra was banned. I kept working out afterwards and taking non ephedra pills but i wasn't lossing any more weight. Eventually I got un-motivated and depressed and gained it all back. 2 months ago, I weighed 274.6 and decided to cut back on eating habits and soda. I switched to non-fat yogurts/fruits and stoped eating a full meal at night. 3 weeks ago I started getting into using the Wii Fit Plus and found that exercising is fun again. I have been using it ever since and now I weigh 262.0. I feel motivated and ready to be happy again.
