Default Hi Everyone
I'm Mandy, married to Graham and mum to 3 children.

I've been battling my weight for as long as I can remember. I've now reached 16st ish and I'm so fed up with how I look. I want to be slim. My ideal goal weight is 10st 7lb but right now I'd be happy just to reach 15st and stay there or go further. I need help, I'm desperate.
