Hi! I'm new to 3 fat chicks!
As the title said I'm new to this website and felt that joining would be able to offer me much needed support as I try to lose weight. It seems like I've been dieting for most of my life and I've become so tired. But it's my goal to lose weight. Not for looks but for my health. Currently I weigh 201 and my goal is to reach 135 but it seems like it's so far away. Now that I'm going to college in the fall I'm afraid that if I don't become healthier now I never will. Sometimes I become so disheartened that I'm not sure what to do.

Starting college? That'll be a good time to lose weight! Remember to take the stairs instead of elevators on campus. ;) |
