Welcome we are really glad you are here. I understand your quandary and I do the same thing, I eat healthy for a few days, lose a lb or 2 then throw the towel in when I get stressed or angry about something justifying that it's just not a good time and there are other things to think about.
So I changed my thinking and say to myself when is a good time, right now and forever.
