Hi everyone,
I just found this site & really like it!
So, let me introduce myself...My name is Christene & I live in Arkansas. I have been married for 26 yrs, have 3 grown kids & 5 grandkids.
I started the MRC program about a week ago & I am on my 4th day of the yellow menu. I go back to the center tomorrow & (hopefully) change menus. My hubby is on this with me, but don't know if that's good or not (he is on the level 3/white menu???)...It's kinda hard to eat a salad while he's eating steak, but I can do it:). No, really I don't know if I could do this if he wasn't on it, too, lol...

Hi Christine and welcome to the forums, we are really happy you are here. Is your husband on board here also? It is always good to do this together with the support of a spouse and in your case he is in the same boat... keep posting and keep us posted
