Just figured that this was the best place to start off! I'm Dagny, and new to this forum (but not to weight loss in general) I'm looking to recapture my motivation, and thought that a support group might be the kick in the pants I need to catch up to it!
I have about 30 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight, which doesn't seem like much, but the weight is slowly creeping back up. 2 years ago I was just ten pounds from goal, last summer I was twenty pounds away. I don't want to weigh myself next year and realize I suddenly have 40 pounds to lose!
