Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Suzie Parker and I am a health and fitness nut from South-Africa. I love to be active and I strive to eat healthy.
But I also still struggle with some tummy fat, and as I am a pear shape, also struggle with my thighs. I have recently changed my workout to include supersets. And so far it has been going good. It is just more challenging than my previous workouts. But hopefully it will help to firm up my trouble spots.
I look forward to being part of the community and hope that I can be off help to our members and that we can support each other in our weight loss goals.
