Hello everyone! My name is Mint, and I'm a 20-year old college student living in Maryland. I feel like I've been losing weight and gaining it all back since high school, and I'm ready for this to be a permanent change.
That's why I decided to join 3FC; I'm looking for some accountability this time.
So far I've lost 10 or so pounds since mid-May (going from 186 to 176), and I hope to lose 26 more pounds to reach my (current) goal weight of 150. However, I always seem to get stuck around 160 when I lose weight, so I know I'm going to need some extra motivation to bust through when that time comes. I haven't seen 150 (the weight on my driver's license, hehe) since forever, which is why I picked that specific weight as my first goal.
