My name is Mckaela and I am from New York. I am looking to lose 15lbs before my birthday in August which gives me plenty of time to lose a healthy amount of weight each week. My highest weight was 155lbs back when graduating high school almost 4 years ago.
My ultimate goal weight is 110lbs. I feel that losing the extra 15lbs will definitely make me feel more comfortable in my own body. My main concern with my body are my calves. As commonly known with asian women, we tend to have genetically thick calves (the unfortunate ones, at least) and I have been looking into muscle reduction exercises. Although I understand how these exercises work to reduce the muscle size, there is always a hint of worry that my muscles will actually get bigger. I have never worked out my calves in fear of this and only stuck to cardio.
