I was never super happy about my body, but it was lovable enough when I began college in '07. Instead of putting on the freshman 15, I managed to lose about 5 lbs and maintained that weight loss until December of last year, the worst finals season of my life. In March I realized that I could no longer fit in my size 12/13 clothes, and when I weighed myself at the end of the semester, I found I weighed 179lbs, the most I have ever weighed by a good 10+ lbs.
This summer is the time to get the body I have always wanted! I am working a stress-free desk job for a total of 30 hours a week, so I have all the time I need to concentrate on my goals! My best friend and summer roommate is also losing weight, so I have some real life support (especially in the dietary department), but she doesn't seem to struggle with it like I do. So I'm really looking forward to utilizing all the wonderful resources here! Watch out 3fc, here I come!!
