I am new, and looking for some motivation of the positive variety :-)
I have beaten myself up enough, and want to shed negativity as well lbs.
I am enlisted in the USAF, and here are my current stats which need to lean down to be in prime shape for my upcoming adventure at BMT.
I am altering my diet and intake successfully of late, but need to get into shape without having to devote 2 hours daily, as that is unrealistic for my work schedule.
