Default Newbie Alert :)
HI!!!

I'm new here.....just thought i'd intro. myself. I need to lose a good 75lbs. Recently became a Stay at home mom and decided it was time to confront my personal demons.

I seem to have the same problem in every area of my life and I know its gotta be tied in together somehow. Laziness maybe??? Deppressed??? I don't know....but I can't seem to even get started losing weight, can't make it to church, can't seem to keep my house clean (consistantly anyway)....its like....whats my problem??? I just want to shake myself.

ANYWAYS....I am a good friend though, and I'm here to not only accept support and help, but to give it out as well!
