Hello Hello,

I am super happy to have found this site. I joined yesterday and created a blog today. My name is Sabrina and I am 31. I weighed in yesterday at 296 pounds :/ Not my highest (313!!) but still HEAVY. After 15 years of diets, pills, fads, you name it - I did not succeed !!, I am slapped with reality that my kids need me and I need to be at my best healthy fit self. So .... after much thinking, planning and working on my moti - I AM DOING THIS. I need to loose over 100 pounds.. I have no exact goal but once I loose over 100 pounds, it will be easier to determine what I need to do and work toward a normal BMI. I plan to low carb it + healthy choices and MAKE myself exercise.
