I have always wanted to lose my extra weight, but I was never very committed, until now! I am going on 19 years old and I don't want to be wearing L & XL for the rest of my life.
Currently I am a university student that is home at my parents for the summer. Which I know will make it harder, I have found at school because I buy & cook all my food I don't have to worry about temptations. Without even trying I started to lose weight.
The big thing that has really helped me is the Livestrong.com MyPlate Food & Fitness Log. It is the best one I've used. Its very user friendly and quick to put in what i just ate.
So to my weight, I am currently 208 and I want to get down to 150.
Once I get to that weight I am going to see how I feel and possibly work to lose more.
