Hello my name is Tanya and I'm from Virginia. I am currently about a week into my new diet. I am trying a low calorie diet and still adjusting to it now. I have not strayed and already have lost some weight.
I started gaining wt when I moved out on my own. Now I want to lose all the wt I gained plus a little more in time for next summer. My goal is to wear a two piece to the beach again. I have not done that since I was 13 and I'm about to turn 23 next month.
Anyway sorry for rambling on I will try to keep my progress updated here.
