I'm an avid sewer and crocheter so I keep busy, but the sitting is blowing me up. Added walking to my day, and hope I can do better with all of you.
Hi everyone! I joined this site in 2006, but haven't posted or really haven't explored the site much until this week. I have lost and gained back weight more times than I'd like to admit. I'm hoping the support of the online community here along with the program I am following will help me succeed. I don't have a problem with losing weight, the problem is that it gradually creeps back on. So, here I go again!
