Default Hello all!

I needed a place to post! I have been dieting for a week and I see NO difference AT ALL. Not even in my clothes. I haven't cheated or anything. All i have been doing is peeing more. Im VERY frustrated! Days llike these you want to throw in the towel! ugh!

Hey I am just getting started myself. But I remember my dieting days when I felt a long period and that I should see results. If I didn't give in I'd notice soon after I'd see another pound lower on the scale. so just hang in there okay???
i get so cranky when Im dieting. be sure to exercise and eat healthy. not so much 'diet' but watch that your eating healthier and cutting back in areas unneeded. you'll get there. we'll keep each other in check! what are your goals? and by all means. treat yourself to a good meal. you deserve it. being on track and all for a whole week!!

Hi, I just joined here today & started dieting a week ago. My plan is to give it 30 days and see how I am doing, I'm planning on not letting it stress me out or let myself get frustrated. That's the plan, can't guarantee it will work but, I figure you can do anything you need to do for 30 days, it can't be that long can it? Hang in there.

Don't get discouraged. I weight myself every day so that I can see the natural fluctuations of my weight and also reflect on how I can improve myself day by day to achieve my goals. Stay with it. You can do it!
