Hey I am just getting started myself. But I remember my dieting days when I felt a long period and that I should see results. If I didn't give in I'd notice soon after I'd see another pound lower on the scale. so just hang in there okay???
i get so cranky when Im dieting. be sure to exercise and eat healthy. not so much 'diet' but watch that your eating healthier and cutting back in areas unneeded. you'll get there. we'll keep each other in check! what are your goals? and by all means. treat yourself to a good meal. you deserve it. being on track and all for a whole week!!
