Hi everyone!
I'm new here, got referred here by Flamethrower who is also new, lol.
Anyway, a bit about me. I'm 29 and live near London and a year ago I was a size 18 and weighed 12 stone (no idea what that is in pounds, we're still metric down here in Surrey) but after working myself like crazy at the gym and changing what I eat as a by-product of that, I'm down to almost-10-stone and wear a UK size 10 (12 up top, God graced me with boobies).
My aim is to get down to under 10 stone, lose the flabby belly that everyone insists I don't have, and tone up.
So yeah, here I am.
